Dr Fabiana Lisco and Professor Michael Walls of CREST’s Photovoltaic Materials and Devices Research Group were involved in a feature on the BBC Radio 4 nightly news magazine programme The World Tonight that aired on 13 February 2019.
The pair demonstrated technologies under development within the group and discussed factors driving a new wave of solar energy generation.
The feature appeared in the wake of the recent Institute for Public Policy Research report “Facing up to the age of environmental breakdown”
